Order Processing

1. When will my order be shipped?
   • We  offer "Instant download" and "Ship the kit to your mailbox" 2 delivery options. For instant download, you will be receiving an email with the link to download the kit upon successful payment.
   • If you choose to ship the kit to your mailbox, we normally mail out your order within 48 hours for credit card orders. For check orders, we ship out your kit within 48 hours after the check is clear at our bank.
2. Is your online transaction secured?
   • Your valuable credit card information is totally secure! We use state-of-art encryption technology that makes it impossible for unauthorized persons to intercept sensitive information. When you check out of our web store, just simply click on "Secure Check-out". After placing your order, you will be e-mailed an invoice with confirmation message.
3. When will I receive my order?
   • For standard US Postal priority mail service, it normally takes 3-7 business days from the ship date. For US Express mail, you will get it the next day from the ship date.
4. Can I return the kit?
   • Absolutely! Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you are not happy for whatever reason, just return the kit to the following address: LP International, P.O. Box 608, Rosemead, CA 91770. We will process your full refund within 2 weeks.
